This
is normally because you are using an old version of Google
Chrome, it is stopping you moving from our site to the
secure Actinic site to make payment. We advise you use
Internet Explorer or click in the settings (spanner icon)
top right of the Google browser then select 'About Google
Chrome' and it will update your current version. You may
also have similar issues if you use Safari or iPhone to
order. |
I
am not a registered trader, will you still supply me ? |
Yes,
we will supply but you must understand that you are buying
on a trade basis and under our terms and conditions of
sale. Customer Returns do not suit everyone so please take
the time to gather all the information before you place an
order.

I
work from home will you still deliver to me there ? |
Yes
we can. Pallet deliveries are made by Pallex who are a
business to business service so you will need to be
available within the specified delivery time, if they have
to re-deliver you can incur additional delivery charges.
Our cartons are delivered via APC and they do require a
signature for all deliveries, they will not leave items in
garages, sheds, porches or wheelie bins........and yes we
have been asked to do all of these. |
I
am ordering a pallet, how do i unload it from the delivery
vehicle ? |
Most
of the vehicles that deliver have a tail lift and pump
truck so they can drop the pallet to the path for you. If
the one that delivers doesn't have a tail lift you will
have to loose load the goods off. For customers who are
not able unload the goods we advise that you add a request
for a tail lift vehicle during your order (additional
shipping notes) to save any problems.

What
are returns ? |
For
a full description you need to go to our Grades section,
but in short they are items returned to a retailer by the
customer. Some are damaged some are not but they are
unchecked raw returns so you do need to check and repair
before re-sale |
With
your Economy service (2-3 days) do I have to wait in for
each of the 3 days ? |
No,
you are able to specify either the 2nd or 3rd day, for
example if you order reaches us Monday before 1pm you can
select either Wednesday or Thursday for delivery. |
Why
dont you open on the weekend |
Over
the years we have found that the vast majority of our
customers do the bulk of their selling on the weekend. We
have decided this is an ideal time to clear the warehouse
and bring new stocks from storage ready to add on Monday
morning. In addition a large volume of our sales are
online and you can order 24 / 7 here.

dont like paying with my credit / debit card online, is
your website secure ? |
We
now use Actinic Payments PSP to enusre that your
transaction is 100% secure and that we as a company are
fully PCI compliant. This system is allows us to check
that the name, address and security information given
matches the registered card details which helps protect
our customers and ourselves against fraudulent
transactions

want to have my goods delivered to an address that's
different to my cards registered address, will you do this
? |
The
simple and short answer to this is no. If you are paying
by card online then we have to send the stocks to the
registered card address. If for any reason you cant do
this then you need to select the 'Pay at Barclays Bank'
option during the order. You then have 24 hours to pay
cash into our account at your local Barclays Bank |
