Credit or Debit card

The bulk of our online payments are taken by card via our PSP - Actinic Payments. When paying by card we only deliver to the registered card address and if you enter a different address on your order our system will reject the order. You may however find that your bank or card issuer will take / allocate the funds and hold them for approximately 48 hours before putting them back

It is therefore very important that you use only the registered card address, if you do not we have no control of when your bank / card issuer return the funds to you. We also have a maximum of £2,000 for any first time buyers. If your order is in excess of this you will need to make payment in cash at Barclays Bank.

Bank Transfer (international orders only)

Once you have placed your order we will contact you to confirm availability and also the value to transfer. Payment for UK orders must be with us no later than 24 hours after the order, if funds are not in place by this time the order will be cancelled. International orders are given 72 hours. Once the funds are received we will arrange the shipment of your goods or, if you are collecting, give you the collection reference your shipper will need to give our warehouse so they can release your goods

Cash at Barclays Bank - This option is suspended over the Christmas Period but will be available when we return

We have now added the option for customer to pay cash into our account within 24 hours at any Barclays Bank. This will allow customers to have stock delivered to an address other than the one registered on the credit / debit cards they have. We must stress that the payment has to be made within 24 hours if we do not receive payment within this time we will cancel the order and may refuse any future orders.

Once we receive your order we will e-mail our account number and sort code to you, you then need to pay the cash over the counter at any Barclays bank. You then need to ring us or e-mail us to confirm you have made the payment.

Simple and effective, you simply come down to our warehouse select your stocks, pay your money, load and go.
