What Happens Now?
Minimum Order Value
If you have tried to Checkout before ordering at least £300 you would need to go back onto the site and add enough stock to reach or exceed the new Minimum value
If you have completed your order you will receive an automatic email to confirm we have received it. If you do not get this please double check your 'junk' or 'spam' folders just in case. If its not there then chances are you have not completed the order. Just adding an item to your cart does not allocate or put an item on hold. You must complete the checkout process in full.
Paid Online : If you have made payment online we will make some manual anti fraud security checks (the following morning for orders placed after 5pm or over the weekend) and then confirm receipt of the payment once cleared. We also follow this up with details of the delivery once the goods have been sent for despatch.
Collecting Pay by Bank Transfer ONLY: If you are collecting your stock please do not travel until we confirm the stock is set aside and available. As soon as we have your order we will make a physical check within the warehouse and set the goods aside for you, we will then confirm payment details by email. You have two working days to collect the goods (please be aware an order placed after 5pm Friday will not be dealt with until Monday morning).
Once we have cleared payment in our account we will email you a collection reference which you must quote when collecting. Without this goods will not be released from the warehouse
if you do not bring the above your stock will not released to you
Bank transfer If you have selected to make payment by Bank transfer, UK same day transfer we do still need instant payment. Our full bank details are below but we will also follow up your order with a confirmation email containing the bank details and totals to pay.
Please use either your name or the last five digits of your order number as the payment reference if you do make any payment.
