was terminated when you tried to make payment, tried to move
to our payments page or if your
card was refused, please contact us before you attempt to
make payment for the second time It is possible that your
bank will allocate the funds from your account even though
our system has rejected the order, it can take up to 48
hours for your bank to refund your payment - We can not help
with this so please check first before you try and order
again
We
get many customers using the wrong address or making a mistake
with postcodes and house numbers if you do either then our system
will reject both the order and the payment.

Once again you will shortly receive and e-mail to confirm we have received your order. Once we have checked the stocks are available we will e-mail you to confirm this and also allocate the goods to you, this e-mail will also contain your collection reference .For security reasons the cardholder must be present and you will need the following :

Photo ID
which must match the name on the card and be presented
by the card holder
