if you are buying online we now use Actinic Payments. The system will only accept payment if the correct card information is given - The address, CVC code and name must match the registered card information or the transaction and order will be refused. It is therefore important you get these details correct as your card issuer may allocate the funds ready for payment even though we refuse them. This can take 48 hours to return to your account. In addition we only ship the goods to the registered address even if you request a different delivery address.

Please Note

If you are placing an order over our website and wish to pay by card we are only able to deliver to the cards registered address. In addition you can not pay over the internet then collect the goods, you must bring the card and swipe it when you collect - simply mark your order as 'pay on collection' when placing it.

Once you have placed your order we will contact you to confirm availability and also the value to transfer. Payment for UK orders must be with us no later than 24 hours after the order, if funds are not in place by this time the order will be cancelled. International orders are given 72 hours. Once the funds are received we will arrange the shipment of your goods or, if you are collecting, give you the collection reference your shipper will need to give our warehouse so they can release your goods.

Simple and effective, you simply come down to our warehouse select your stocks, pay your money, load and go.
