If
you place an order during the evening then the
order will be processed and sent out the following
working day
Cartons
: These are sent with TNT on the Next Day
service (weekends not included, please see above)
the goods will have to be signed for and if no one
is home they will leave a card with a local
contact number for you to re-arrange a delivery.
We also e-mail a tracking number once your order
is processed so you can go onto the TNT website
and track the progress of your parcel.
At
present the cost for TNT are £9.75
for the first 20 kilo then
27p per kilo after. When you place an order
the system will calculate the total cost of the
cartons selected. Scotland is charged at £10.70
for the first 20 kilo
Pallets
:
These are sent via the Pallex network. We
offer a Next Working day (weekends not included)
and also an Economy 2-3 day service. With the
Economy service we do offer a preferred day
service. This means you may request either the 2nd
or 3rd day. For example if you order Monday
evening, we dispatch Tuesday so you can select
either Thursday (2nd) or Friday (3rd) this not a
guaranteed service, its is only a request so if
the carrier are not able to deliver you do have to
wait for them to get it to you within the 3 day
period.
The
current cost for Pallex is £55
for a Next Day and £40
for Economy (both are per pallet) This does
not include Scottish Highlands i.e.
north of the central belt covering the post codes
(A1-56, DD, PH1-49, Pa21-40,
IV1-40, KW1-14) these arte charged at £65
per pallet and are all on the Economy
service.
Should
you not be at the delivery address when the pallet
is delivered you may face an additional charge to
redeliver due to the bulk of pallets and the costs
involved.
20
ft loads :
In most cases we deliver
these on our own vehicle so you simply cover the
cost of the diesel and driver. The costs are
therefore much better than the carriers we use but
you do have to buy 10-12 pallets at a time for us
to use our van. To calculate an estimate of
what we would charge, simply work out the distance
from your premises to Buckley, CH7 3DZ then
multiply the mileage by £1.35 this will give you
a cost price.
The
van is equipped with a tail lift and pump truck so
unloading is pretty fast also. If you want a cost

code and request one, please advise if its a 10
